PILATES
Pilates is a low impact mat fitness class which focuses on improving body alignment, strength, and flexibility allowing clients to achieve a more toned and balanced body. Emphasis is placed on increasing abdominal strength and fluidity in the spine often resulting in improvements to back pain. Classes are for all levels of fitness as exercises are modified to address each person's needs and abilities.
FITNESS BOOTCAMP
This 17 week fitness bootcamp is more than just a great workout! It is designed to challenge your body and your mind and get you into shape. These classes work your entire body. Expect to challenge your body using core conditioning, circuit training, drills, strength training, stretching and much more!
